This trip begins at Courtright Reservoir in the Sierra, East of Fresno. Our route takes us up to Desolation Lake past Hell For Sure Lake over Hell For Sure Pass (Le Counte Divide) into Goddard Canyon along the headwaters of the San Joaquin River and out at Florence Lake.
